These terms govern your use of AIMCQ.co.uk. By creating an account or subscribing to a module, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions & billing
Courses are sold as individual modules. Each module is £4.99 per month, inclusive of UK VAT, and is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Free trial
New module subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will continue and your payment method will be charged the standard monthly fee.
Cancellation
You can cancel a module subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access to the module continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Your account is for your personal use. You agree not to share your login, resell access, scrape or copy the question content, or use the service in any unlawful way or in a way that disrupts the platform for other users.
Intellectual property
All course content, questions, explanations, branding and software on AIMCQ.co.uk are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning; it does not transfer any ownership to you.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The content is for educational purposes and is not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
